What Everybody Should Know... About How To Remove The Virus

There are many viruses, out there that could potentially infect your computer. In fact, new ones are being discovered every day.

Basically, a computer virus is a specially written program that can duplicate itself and infect your computer without your knowledge or even your permission. In fact, a virus can mutate itself to be something completely different from the original file.

The only reason a virus will spread is if it is somehow connected to another computer. If you share a network, floppy disk, USB drive, CD, DVD, or you're connected to the Internet there is a possibility of your computer contracting a virus.

Now, how to remove the virus?

First thing you should do is go to Microsoft and update everything on your system.

Then you should get yourself a decent antivirus program, and make sure that it is updated also. Once you've updated your full system and your anti-virus software. You should do a full system scan.

At the end of the full system scan the program will prompt you to delete or quarantine some files if it has found something a bit dodgy. The antivirus software will then show you how to remove the virus.

Some antivirus programs will do this for you automatically, and some you will have to select the file to be removed. Either way, it pretty straightforward and you'll understand how to do it after you've actually done the scan.

At this stage, I would probably download and run a spyware program to make sure that you system is fully cleaned out just in case the antivirus program missed anything.

Now, the reason you need to get rid of these viruses is because they can cause your computer some serious damage. Some viruses will delete files, format your hard drive, cause your computer to behave weird and your system can crash.

Your computer may have a virus right now and you don't know it. Some viruses don't do any damage at all and are designed to spread themselves around the Internet with a video or some sort of message. These types of viruses may not be designed to do damage to your computer. But they can become a real pain in the bum, because most viruses are not written with the best code and may have bugs that can lead to your system crashing, resulting in loads of data loss.

Remember having a very good antivirus software program can save you a whole lot of stress and money. Any good antivirus program will not only show you how to remove the virus but it can detect a virus before it gets a chance to do anything.

Do yourself a favour download an antivirus program to a full system scan on your computer and you may be surprised.
